Rebecca Van Eeden

Rebecca is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Agent with extensive knowledge and experience in providing professional services for SMEs across a variety of industries including Construction and Trade, Property Development, Music and IT start-ups. With close to 20 years in the numbers game, and as a business owner herself, Rebecca understands the challenges you may be facing and will always go above and beyond to assist you in realising your personal and business success.  Specialising in the implementation of new accounting systems and procedures, tax minimisation, wealth creation, asset protection, Rebecca’s main focus is on building strong client relationships and becoming an integral part of a client’s achievements and business performance.

 

Rebecca is also a director of the Archie Roach Foundation having helped establish the organisation in 2014 and believes passionately that we all have a responsibility to make our community a caring and equitable place. When she is not solving the financial problems of the world, Rebecca can be found spending time with her family, getting outdoors on hikes and adventures or cooking up a storm.

Damian Atkins

Damian is a finance professional with over 12 years experience, having fine-tuned his knowledge over multiple industries.

 

Commencing his career with public practice firm WHK (now Crowe Horwath), Damian has also worked as a Management Accountant within a large Construction Group and as a Finance Manager in the professional sporting arena, with the Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club. Most recently Damian was the CFO of Australia’s leading social enterprise, The Big Issue and its newest initiative, Homes for Homes. Damian has undertaken studies in Business Law at Monash and most recently completed a ‘Leadership for Organisational Impact’ course with the Melbourne Business School.

When not crunching spreadsheets you’ll find Damian at one of the many sporting stadiums around Melbourne, keeping up with his beloved sporting teams, the Collingwood Magpies and the Melbourne Storm.

Saul Bartlett

Saul is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of professional experience in the Accounting game, specialising in SME’s, High Net Worth Individuals, Self Managed Super Funds and all things in-between.

 

Saul worked in boutique accounting firms in Hawthorn, Kew and East Melbourne before deciding to come on board with BBA. A power user of cloud based computer solutions, Saul uses his expertise in various software’s to make life easy for his clients based in a broad range of industries, from Beauty Retail and Machinery Wholesaling to Tradies and IT Professionals.

 

Saul understands that business owners want to deal with the day to day of running their business not spending time bogged down in Accounting & Bookkeeping work and that’s where we come in with easy to understand explanations & software solutions to make your life easier.

 

In his free time you’ll often find Saul at the basketball court, in the gym or messing around with his ever evolving PC setup.

A dynamic accountant, VCFO and specialist in business technology and digital systems, Sarah has co-opted a unique career path that blends practical experience in the arts, business, and small practice accounting.

 

From delivering large scale national arts projects to her wide-ranging work in strategic advisory, Sarah’s breadth of experience has given her an innovative approach and a big-picture perspective. She is led daily by her values of fairness, creativity and authenticity in everything she does.

 

Sarah specialises in digital systems advisory, building systems that work efficiently with one another, and minimising friction or duplication. A natural planner, Sarah’s process is to collaborate, to create a plans that align with her clients’ goals, and to contribute her expertise, resources and experience at every level.

 

Sarah is an associate member of the IPA, and has post-graduate qualifications in business administration.

 

Sarah loves building relationships and helping people to remember why they’re good at what they do, and that by focusing on this as their core strength, they can achieve their business goals. Sarah makes a real difference to people’s lives by giving them back their time and making their activities more financially viable.

 

When she’s not wrangling her clients’ finances, Sarah draws her energy from being outside in nature, growing vegetables in her garden, listening to and making music, and making her own clothes. She also loves movies, tea, open fires, and spending time with her family.
